Our founder, Marco Bellini, spent years studying the traditions of Neapolitan pizza in Naples before returning to the Midwest with a recipe worth sharing. He believed that punch pizza should deliver more than a meal — it should deliver an experience: the satisfying char of a wood-fired crust, the richness of hand-crushed San Marzano tomatoes, and the perfect pull of fresh-made mozzarella.
